Pros

FileCloud has a strong product with real market demand. This was particularly true under the former management 3–4 years ago.

Cons

High performers are consistently pushed out. The company removes the people who actually deliver revenue. Decisions are driven by ego, fear, and insecurity rather than market logic. Reporting is manipulated, voices are silenced, and uncomfortable truths disappear before reaching executives or investors. If you’re someone who brings results, has ideas, or speaks honestly you will not last here. If you are a top performer, ambitious, and someone who delivers strong results, the company’s leadership politics will block you, undermine you, or push you out.
