Cons
The possibilities for growth are occasional and not necessarily depend on your performance. There is neither defined track nor even clear ideas on what can bring you promotion for most of the roles. The calculation of targets (base of the bonus) keep changing which creates a lot of confusion. They are communicated long after the target period has started, which leaves you less chances to actually get your bonus. At the same time the bonus is communicated as an almost secure addition to your base salary at the recruiting stage, which is not the reality. Absence of any articulated corporate culture, weak communication of values and sporadic sharing of goals and long term vision and strategy. Most of team building activites are concentrated in the HQ in Spain, where other teams can’t join. Low salaries, no health insurance.
