      Pros

      IF you get the right department, shift, supervisor and people to work with, it's pretty good.

      Cons

      The brown nosing and having employees always trying to screw someone over so they can get higher in the company.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
