Pros

Fedex Office is a part of FedEx, a Fortune 500 Best Company to Work For. I find the management helpful (for the most part), and the upper management willing to listen to problems and concerns and take the time to help. The work is extremely easy and there is a ton to learn which keeps the dedicated worker on their toes. The benefits are good and most management is pretty lenient on missing days for personal reasons and like to accommodate to their employees needs.

Cons

The pay is pretty low and raises are few and far between (at least in the past couple of years). Also, the company is messy. There has been a lost of transition and changes in the last couple of years and the small print shops that used to be known as "Kinkos" are now supposed to follow strict guidelines and have become extremely "corporate." Many customers express their dislike for the new way things are. Cheaper products to save the company money and expensive prices for the customers and problems for workers trying to figure out how the new materials work with machines that aren't made for them equal a pain for employees. Also, lack of hands on training hurts newer employees who are given tons on online training and then thrown out on the counter to help customers when they have no idea what they're doing. This bad habit that stores tend to have makes many customers think all "Kinkos" employees are stupid when it's simply lack of proper training at fault. Also, the uniforms are way too similar to FedEx Shipping and many customers don't understand the difference. I personally think the uniforms are ugly and not very professional.
