Confidential employee - Anonymous employee Falltech Employee Review

Owner and management have no leadership skills. The company copies other competitor designs and tries to manufacture and sell cheaper. Company Motto "Why spend money on R&D when we can copy". No real training is provided to thier employees (survival of the fittest). It feels like you are swimming with sharks every day. Medical/Dental benefits are rock bottom and require the employee to pay the lion's share. The owner, once a merchandiser himself, is solely focused on cost. Forget about quality, supplier relations, employees and customers. Seems very short sighted. Not a good place to work. Not much of a future at Falltech for anyone except the owner - Michael Dancyger and brother.
