Open and informal work environment. Employees do get the possibility to work for well known companies and many are multinationals. Deffenitelly a good choice for a starters function.
Cons
Sometimes you have to perform a job that does not suit your personal wishes perfectly. this is not a bad case, however, it should not take too long. fortunately, if you discuss it, you will get help.
