A great group of talented people. Building is awesome with some ok work benefits. Extremely fast paced job and there is never a dull moment. Plus free lunches, snack, and beverages.
Cons
Many reviews on here are not about Factory LLC. Jobs don’t match to anything at this place. Factory LLC is a crazy working environment. It’s run like a dictatorship that uses bullying tactics to treat employees. There is sexist and discriminatory behavior by the leaders of the organization and HR allows it and practices it! HR is super inexperienced and has no idea how to help guide this place. HR is very unethical and nothing is a secret. Be careful. It’s bad when you can hear about confidential info by walking by. Also what about lead by example, HR does not practice their own rules... but expect all to follow. Performance reviews are based on the leaders personal opinion of you and nothing to do with your job. Compensation is all over the place. Definitely discriminatory pay going on. People get promoted by the hours you work vs by actual work. People get paid many perks that is not provided to all employees. True lack of fair compensation across same level of work and expertise! Communication breakdown is going to bring this place down. Brands and Factory are extremely disconnected. Organizational lacks structure and a true leader that knows how to lead. Extremely fragmented and money is thrown at problems to fix. Stay away!
