- You can create good work/life balance - Some of the work is interesting and you can learn a lot here

- Salaries are low. Only a few get a fair market rate or an above market rate - They have some unethical practices that suppress people's ability to get a good raise - Not a great place for career growth, unless you get very lucky - There's never money for everyone, but C level always get paid out regardless of company performance
