The people at Global FMS Tech are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Everyone is willing to work across teams and departments to make GFMS Tech successful and there is always unified feeling of support.
Cons
You have to be willing to step out and accept challenges and figure it out. You might be asked to work with multiple departments at once so being good at managing your time is important. They are usually accepting where you draw the line but you have to establish that because they will keep adding work if you don't.
