super nice people - most were really passionate about what they do. Old building with charm and a pretty good salary base.

Lots of meetings where very little gets accomplished. Lots of roadblocks and nay sayers just because that's the way we've always done it, etc.

I mean I've done worse for less money.

I've never seen a place that wants to micromanage so much, it's like middle management has to feel Important so they just make up stuff to write you up.
