In experienced Regional Property Manager running ramped over employees. Try’s to intimidate employees in the false belief that everyone is scared of them. Allows complacent employees to remain undeveloped which causes them the disbelief that they are doing a good job. First company that I ever worked at where the Regional actually lives on one of the properties that they manage, along with 98% of the employees that work there live on property as well. It’s a sad depressing atmosphere. I would not recommend.
