      Pros

      Management has made a lot of effort to really define a vision that makes sense and is desirable. Great work life balance in my org.

      Cons

      Like most companies, there is siloing of information between engineering orgs. There are efforts that they've been working on to break down those silos though.

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
