Pros

Not one thing positive with this unprofessional circus from onboarding, working your assignment, or anything you would expect from Human Resources or Benefits Administrators!!! Getting plugged into the system or anything they do goes on for weeks and months with no simple resolutions!!! Stay away from this smoldering train wreck of insanity!!!

Cons

You have to chase them down from one person or phone number as they continually will keep passing the buck as to try to wear you down as to give up getting issues of 99% caused by their unprofessional negligence solved!!! Most all of the time you have to go through wall of 3rd world overseas call centers that put you on hours worth of holds to try to find a supervisor to talk to you or if at all. They never can find the person that left a voice or email with instructions to contact them back!!!

Pros

1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

Cons

1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
