There have been mass layoffs and a forced return to full on site work after an effective three days a week remote model that was arguably the only positive aspect for employees. The offices are located in a remote and non central area. There is excessive and often ridiculous control over daily work, and people are dismissed even when their performance is strong.

Exoticca offers a great colleague environment with supportive and friendly coworkers who make day-to-day work enjoyable. The offices are modern and comfortable, providing an excellent workspace.

Management can be inconsistent. There is frequent changing of direction, which can create confusion and make long-term planning difficult. Leadership can feel distant or cold at times, and clearer communication would help create more stability.
