Pros

Pros: * You’ll quickly learn how to handle uncertainty and constant change. * Great place to understand what poor management practices look like. * High employee turnover means new opportunities open up frequently. * Can be a useful stepping stone if you’re looking to gain experience and move on quickly. * Teaches resilience, patience, and how to work with limited support.

Cons

If you’re posting on Glassdoor, it’s usually best to keep it factual and focused on your experience rather than making claims that could be difficult to verify. Cons: * The company appears to prioritize short-term business gains over long-term employee retention, resulting in frequent hiring and terminations. * Employee contributions and loyalty are often not recognized or valued appropriately. * Leadership can come across as unprofessional and dismissive, creating a challenging work environment. * Compensation is below market standards for the responsibilities expected from employees. * The HR function lacks responsiveness and effectiveness in addressing employee concerns. * Internal processes are poorly structured, leading to confusion and inefficiencies. * Client support and customer service standards are weak, which negatively impacts both customers and employees. * Limited transparency in decision-making and communication from management. * High employee turnover creates instability and affects team morale. * Overall, the organization needs significant improvements in people management, culture, and operational support.

Pros

Team members were supportive, culturally it was great.

Cons

Salary was an issue; I felt the compensation varied across domain even for the same band of employees. Though the company gave multiple avenues to try and experiment, but at the end of the day, experiments weren't accessed in the right way and it never accounted to performance measurement. Also the growth in the company felt limiting and KPIs were never clearly explained.
