      Company has no structure, top stakeholders don't care about clients or its customers. The direction the company takes changes everyday with really poor decisions being made at the top. I spent the first half of my time hiring people and then the second half firing them because the company had no idea what it was doing. Was told constantly that the company was changing its direction, what that means is they put their finger in the air and then select a new strategy based on the wind! I was sworn at by my manager, they treat staff like rubbish. You are a disposal asset at anytime. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! Trust me

      - Some very bright minds here, both analytical and creative - Aiming to genuinely do right in the world of trading and investing, without compromising business objectives - Very ambitious, with a long-term plan to be as accessible as possible (in relation to actual investment opportunities, investment education and investment risk awareness) - Decent work/life balance; good benefits; staff care

      Cons

      Nothing unexpected for a start-up. A few trial and error runs to weed out the internal processes and creative customer-facing ideas that don't work so well.

      Good reputation as a FX,CFD broker globally, Reasonable salary

      Cons

      Co-working office in Hong Kong, No future or vision as the regulation is getting tighter in the mainland China, You will be able to survive if you are good at politics. Bonus is a joke.
