Pros
- huge upside to learning new techniques, methods and disciplines. - absolutely ZERO corporate BS - catered gourmet lunch 3 days a week - onsite weight/fitness center - competitive salaries and conscious attention to what's going on in the technical world outside of the company - very positive future-growth. Becoming (if not already) the industry leader
Cons
-Not enough people to handle the workload but this IS being actively addressed. -The pork loin served last Wednesday was a little rare for my liking.
