      Management are bullies If you have new ideas forget it. Because they are Ofsted outstanding the manager will listen to you but will completely ignore your idea. Because they are arrogant and believe they are the sole reason why they are Ofsted outstanding No real progression and if you get promoted the pay is poor A general cut throat culture Process lead rather than teaching and learning lead

      Pros

      I worked for a charity for 17 years before joining Exeter College and I couldn't be happier for the move. The hours are consistent and set at reasonable times of the day, you don't have to work weekends and get a lovely 2 paid weeks off over Christmas. The benefits are really good, and everyone is really lovely. The staff parties at Christmas and in Summer, as well as the department themed ones are a great way to feel appreciated.
