Approves of CEO
I have been working at Evernote full-time for more than a year
Pros
1. Fantastic People - both in talent and personal quality.
2. Challenging - big enough reach where the problems are meaningful.
3. Opportunity - people move up and are rewarded and recognized.
4. Benefits and Perks - the list was better than any company in my area and keeps growing, even during COVID.
5. Compensation - have not found a company in my area that comes close.
Cons
None - it is the best company I have ever worked for.
I would show up at 8:15 and be the only one on the floor for at least an hour and Fridays people would leave before noon. People were just there to collect their pay check and the perks and that was it - and it showed! The product worked about 50% of the time and no one even seemed to care. People were kind but there is no drive or fire like you see inside other tech companies
