Pros

+ work life balance. there are actually a lot things to do, but you dont get to decide on how to do it , so most of the time you are just sitting there idly + no critical thinking required! everthing is decided by upper management. what you think or say doesnt matter so just do as they say. save your brain power! + Great learning grounds for you who want to test your adaptability. you will be told to do A just to be told that A was wrong and B is the way to go the next day by different person. + Grow thicker skin by having your manager yelling profanities at you, which endorsed by the company saying "growing have to be painful". that should get you pumped and motivated! + The company take care of your health and well being. you might get tired, or caught a flu or other discomfort , but the company will simply tell you that you dont get to get sick. Cant get sick if the company didnt allow you right?

Cons

- Nothing really. if any maybe fellow ex co-workers who cannot understand the brilliance and vision of the company and choose to leave instead. Their loss though! the company is here to stay and those guys are not.

Pros

- A good workplace for fresh graduates and entry-level employees, including those without prior experience, with clear opportunities for learning and growth. - The company provides appropriate and up-to-date gadgets based on job roles. - During my tenure (2019–2021), there were real career development opportunities. I started as a Customer Service representative and progressed to a Campaign Executive. - The team environment was supportive and positive (but it's my team back then, idk about other team and right now)

Cons

- Insurance benefits were standard and sufficient, but not premium. - No other significant issues during my time with the company.

Pros

At Evermos, you’re expected to be highly independent and proactive in your learning. There’s a steep learning curve, but limited structured guidance or mentorship, almost no mentoring at all, so much of your growth depends on your own initiative and ability to navigate challenges.

Cons

Low salary compared to market standards for a Senior Manager role. Compensation across similar roles can feel uneven, and decisions may appear subjective, sometimes influenced by personal preferences rather than clear, transparent criteria. No bonus. No career growth.
