Pros
- Some cool people (but no more than other agencies) - Employee training can be helpful - In office gatherings (summer BBQs, monthly group birthday celebrations) occasionally relieve the stress - Correcting the horrible work/life balance is on the radar for leadership
Cons
- Antiquated workflow - no electronic approvals/routing - Everyone above VP seems dedicated to Yes-ing clients at the expense of their employees, while spending all their time on pitches and "internal fluff that will never see the light of day" as someone else here put it - Horrendous hours - Many account execs have no idea about how to estimate and set expectations on digital projects
