Pros
Top healthcare benefits, 10% Roth 401k regardless of contribution, relatively good pay if they value you enough for you not to leave, flexible schedule as long as you get the work done
Cons
They never fire anyone since it's against the corporate culture; also management often places the wrong people in middle management roles; this is harmful as the best performers suffer for it. Also the bonus structure is socialist with everyone receiving a bonus regardless of performance score. They should uphold more of an American meritocracy rewards structure and punish the underperformers.
