HR dept sucks. Entry-level is basically the same for young brillant engineers and 19yo employees with neither certifications or diplomas. Compensations and promotions are not based on what you know but on WHO you know. Salaries are under the Oil&Gas industry standards. Offices are overstaffed which results into bureaucracy, slowness and inefficeincies. If you feel like you are a talented person dont join eni! This is a company for avarage people with strong connections.
