Enhance A Colour is a great place to work for if you are looking for long term family atmosphere. They bring the work style of a corporation with the twist of a family style atmosphere. Been working here for 15 years and have gone from being a machine operator to production manager to sales associate to management of sales. They offer the opportunity to advance within the company and from a sales person perspective, there is no cap on what you can sell. In addition, the owners keep putting their money back into the business buying new equipment to helps sales rep be more productive but also allow more revenue to come back in. In addition, the famiy owners care for their people. They treat their employees as family and go out of their way to help when needed. There are people who still work here from the beginning in the 80's and no one ever leaves unless they cause their own demise. But all in all, Enhance a Colour is a great place to work.

Due to being a family business, there our times when family management micromanage but it is looking to produce a quality product. And also to being within an industry with tight turn arounds and quick deliveries with custom visuals, it can get aggrevating. But the pay and atmosphere compensate for it. Theres no perfect business but if you realize the animal your dealing with you can overcome
