      Ascolto ed empatia. Valorizzazione delle persone oltre ai limiti del singolo lavoratore. Ci sono alcuni dipendenti da molti anni in azienda perchè si trovano bene, come stipendi e come bilanciamento fra vita privata e lavoro.
