      Great office environment, focus on the company goals and numbers not the individuals. The company has it's sights and goals set on the future with real obtainable expectations.

      Cons

      Low salary with high responsibility and expectations will force their employees out. The opportunities that may be afforded by their long term goals are 10 - 15 years out at the earliest.

      Pros

      Started out as a field tech and left as a VP. Definitely had room to grow there. Learned everything from access control to infant abduction systems.

      Cons

      At times the culture could be a bit toxic. I do believe this was more the nature of this industry than the people however on the road as a tech, you rarely had to come face to face with that.
