    Pros

    People that work here are nice and easy going. During training, company provides industry background to help you understand market and clients. Conscientious of personal time-off. Good benefits and office space.

    Cons

    No growth opportunities in place to nurture and retain good employees. Management does not care or feel the need to foster a real sense of company culture. No specialty roles or specialization needed/encouraged. Starting salary is below average. Do not expect a major annual increase.

    Pros

    The vast majority are Good people to work with. Management is usually empathetic and supportive.

    Cons

    'Open Work Space' i.e., no cubicles / no privacy. LOW pay compared to everywhere else. One Middle Manager is a self described: Fascist, seriously. He refuses to follow Standard Software Development Methods, like proper Testing Plans, Regression Testing, Test Environments(!?!), having people other than the developer do additional testing should be the rule! Without proper testing, this leads to 'problems' which he then blames on the developers when the clients' data is impacted from untested changes.
