Pros
There are a few good points I can give but all of these should be fairly standard for all employers: -Pay is on time (The only thing you look forward every month) -They process your Employment as fast as they can (so you can be enslaved as fast as possible!) -They allow you to go home on time (so you can get back early the next day to meet your colleagues who look forward to go home too at the end of the day)
Cons
-They did not follow what is on the Employment contract that the employee signed (which both parties agreed upon) and they bond you for 18 months with 1 month penalty if you leave within the period. -HR and Management is very terrible, a lot of people here is saying one thing but doing the exact opposite. -It's a complete mess from the backend to the support guys. No one has an idea what the other guy is doing and everyone is just trying to save their assess. -Typical Tamil culture (almost zero Singaporeans in the Management)
