      Free food, amazing leadership, great work/life balance, incredible experience.

      Can be emotionally/mentally draining if not well prepared or strong in those areas.

      Pros

      Plenty of PTO available at times.

      Cons

      The program is designed for failure. The kids don't have incentives to do well and lack of consequences. Higher management are disconnected from the reality of the program and could work 1-2 shifts to witness how well this is working.
