I worked at Electronic Arts full-time

    Pros

Managers were great. Projects were fun. Usually treated like an adult and with respect. Team members were great to be around.

    Cons

Long hours. Food wasn't the best. Pay and bonus were good but it's hard to enjoy it when you feel burnt out.

    Advice to Management

It's too easy to burn out the team. The team needs more say on project timelines and features. Quit having so many manager 1:1's...it's a waste of time.
