Benefits were fine Vacation and holidays were good You could travel if you wanted Looked like chances to grow in software and sales From what I saw, some folks seemed to move up faster than others

Pay felt lower than I expected for some jobs How raises and promotions worked wasn’t always clear to me The employee survey said it was anonymous, but it didn’t feel that way — would be better if it felt more private and open
