Unprofessional, cuts corners to save money - Digital Media Specialist Ehlen Analytics Employee Review

Management extremely easy to work with in times of need, team has great communication, great atmosphere to work in (in person and remote), above average pay, great time off policies, option to work remotely if / when needed, and no drama!

The industry that we service has some tough customers, but the team makes it worth it.

I currently work at Ehlen Analytics is a great company to work for. I read a review that said "The Ehlen Brothers are liars". That is simply not true. Although i have never met Matthew. Daniel is super nice and helpful and always trying to help however he can. Not just so his business can be successful but so that his employees and sales team can be successful as well. Brian Robinson has been extremely helpful and always motivates me to be my best. We work well as a team and super patient with training. Super supportive and positive. Brian leads by example. Brian shows up early and stays late 5 days a week no matter what. Strong leadership with the ownership including Daniel, Matthew, and Brian. People writing these negative reviews turned out to be a extremist liberal group after i did some digging and investigating. Working here you have to be willing to put in the work and work your booty off. Lazy people would no be a good fit here. I am so glad I changed career fields and I LOVE my job and always want to learn more about what we are doing even if that means I have to work longer hours, go above and beyond, and think for myself .
