Training and Support are fantastic. The technology is well designed and tailored to solving client needs. And the compensation is nice too.

Cons

Interesting. I can't think of many cons working here. The people are terrific

    Pros

    The culture at Edward Jones is one that is clearly focused on putting the client first. Our training, resources and management are all geared towards this.

    Working as a Branch Team, my assistant and I feel fully equipped to meet the financial goals and dreams of our clients.

    I transitioned to Edward Jones 4 years ago now from another firm. Since then I have been able to leverage the tools and resources offered by EJ to fully serve my clients. No looking back!

    Cons

    Working in this industry takes an extraordinary amount of determination and a strong desire to succeed. At this firm (like others) you will be faced with daily challenges that must be conquered in order to successfully build your practice. While Edward Jones arguably provides some of the best training and support in Canada, the onus to succeed still lies with each financial advisor.
