      Please dont join Educomp , company is under heavy loss . Unable to pay salaries to the employees from last one year

      No Place for Company's growth as well for the employee . Salaries are not coming in time.from last one year HR - Managers are don't have any knowledge on running a administration Sales team is unless The downfall of educomp in A.P is just because of Sales team & Managers .

      Pros

      During the 2.6 years that I worked here, the working environment is indeed the best thing I liked about this company. Everything is fine if you complete the required task. No extra work pressure as such…everything falls into place.

      Cons

      I think the salary packages here (especially for freshers) are a bit less as compared to industry standards.
