      The career will be improved through an overseas new vehicle development experience working with OEM and tier in north America.

      Cons

      Negative to accept a different social and relationship in north america. Quality resolving ability was not prepared and resoursed properly.

      Pros

      The pay was competitive and the people were pleasant to work with. The company had great benefits and seemed to care about their employees as well as their customers. They seemed to have a lot of opportunities to move up and grow within.

      Cons

      Could be a lot of extra hours, a lot of the projects and scheduled maintenance went into the night hours.
