Pros
For the short time I was working here I really enjoyed it. The team were so welcoming, there's a mixed age group but everyone is so upbeat and joins in, I was lucky enough to have a really good team leader Gemma who made me feel comfortable and excited to come to work. Thing are done by targets but they are achievable, you will get what you put in, if you are motivated enough. My reason for leaving was because I wanted a job that would focus more on my art degree but I would go back in a heartbeat. Lovely team, lovely enviroment, manageable working hours, weekends off. I really enjoyed my time here, not what I expected from a call centre, it was better

Not to flexiable due to fixed hours but still able to manage work life and home life
