Pros
I have been with ELM for a few years now. If you've ever been apart of a growing company you know there are growing pains that come with it. The one thing that makes ELM such a special places, is that it learns, it adjusts and it keeps moving forward. ELM is a great place to work, with a freaking awesome team. ELM only hires people with magical souls and brains. The people that work here are what makes ELM a great place to be. I have personally learned and grown my skills so much here and ELM has opened up so many doors. Thanks, ELM!
Cons
It's a new and growing company. And ELM is not even close to done growing. So buckle up, you're on a rocket ship going into uncharted territory into outer space. That can be scary for some and exciting for others. So, of course, every so often new problems will arise. There are known knowns, known unknowns, unknown unknowns! So if you scare easily and are uneasy by the thought of unknown unknowns this can be a con. If you are the type of personality that thrives in this type of growth environment, well it won't be so much of a con.
