      Pros

Coworkers are good people. Nothing else you wouldn't get from any other employer.

      Cons

Very poor leadership. No career growth opportunities. Company is losing customers and employees. Employee morale is brutally low.

          Pros

It was once an engaging and promising place to work.

          Cons

As a manager in this company I'm ashamed of how this reprehensible executive team treats staff. The conversations and emails behind the scene are disgraceful. No respect for the people doing the work. They are treated as a commodity.. VPs and directors blaming each other's staff for the problems they have created. Blaming the parent company.

        Procurement Manager

I recently had an interview with an amazing company. The job description was exactly what I wanted. The pay was even better. It was a Remote position, which is a great bonus, but not a huge selling point for me as they are semi-local and would only require 2 days in office. The benefits were the best I've seen: starts on day 1 of employment, all insurances 100% paid for you and your family. 401k, 6% match, no vesting period. Continuous education and certifications, child care, To be cont'd..

I got an offer from Amazon with a start date of mid-Nov. I already have an important vacation planned for a month from mid-Dec to mid-Jan. What should I do?
