There was always a clear line of communication, so there were never questions who to speak to. Great job if you're process oriented. (I was not, but I could see the merit for many people on my team. I got bored easily.)

Work experience and satisfaction heavily depended on what team I was on during projects.

It appears as though anyone they will accept anyone they like (as in socially, not professionally) who they interview with off the street--Prior experience doesn't matter.

One of their operations directors worked at a supermarket before running a major division... -Management appears to have this zen philosophy about training: they will not tell you what you aren't picking up until it is too late--then slowly alienate you until they feel like firing you.
