The company management was incredibly kind and open to proposals for improvement, making me feel valued and heard. The Marketing Management Team was particularly exceptional, always encouraging new ideas and proposals. My supervisor was supportive and motivating, with a flexible mindset that allowed me to work efficiently and creatively. When I received a job offer from another great company, they congratulated me on my win, maintaining a positive relationship.
