The worst experience ever - Sales Manager Dynamic Global Events Employee Review

Surprised at the lack of leadership and communication. My supervisor who was to have trained me had no previous experience in this role and was the worst salesperson I have ever experienced. Speaking over clients, not listening to their needs, overly aggressive to get a sale, exaggerated numbers and statistics to clients to get the sale. NOT a smart way to do business.
