      Pros

      Working at Drips has been easily the best career decision I’ve made. The culture is collaborative, transparent, and supportive. Leadership is approachable and invests in employees’ growth. The remote environment is flexible and respects work-life balance, but still feels connected and team-driven. I’ve had opportunities to learn, take on more responsibility, and grow my technical skills. The career path here is great, you’re encouraged and supported to advance.

      Cons

      The pace is fast and priorities can shift, but that’s also part of what makes it exciting and keeps things challenging. As long as you’re adaptable, it’s not really a con.
