Pros

The employees at Docebo are second to none - everyone is always willing to help others out.

Cons

Don't expect a raise, ever! The only way you get a raise at Docebo is if you happen to win the lottery and can find a position to be promoted into because there are no annual performance reviews and the general consensus is that you were hired in to do X job for Y money and since you're still doing X job 3 years later you deserve Y money still, regardless of how much more they've put on your plate or asked you to do. Even if you want to transfer to another team, you'll be told no because you're too valuable in your current role. The morale in the Athens office is quite poor due to these things.

As it pertains to this former employee’s sentiment regarding the assertion that the employees are “second to none”, Docebo wholeheartedly agrees. Docebo is fortunate to have assembled an amazing group of people. In recognizing the quality of people that the organization employs. and in an effort to ensure that those employees receive the recognition and total rewards that they deserve, several initiatives have been introduced. The following are just a few examples: - The potential for office wide annual cost of living adjustments commensurate w/ the annual inflation rate for each office location. - The review of individual employee performance as it pertains to merit based compensation adjustments. - The review of individual employee performance as it pertains to the potential for employee development and subsequent promotion to new roles. As an example, in 2018 alone, the US office issued internal promotions to more than 10% of its total employee body. - Over 18% of the new hires onboarded in 2017 and 2018 can be attributed to direct referrals facilitated by the internal employee referral program. - Initiation of a 401k plan where employees are eligible to receive an employer contribution equal to a 100% match of employee’s contribution up to 4% of total employee compensation.

Pros

Comp plan changed at the top of 2026 which has allowed the BD team to make quite a bit in commissions. One of the best comp plans I have seen for a BDR role.

Cons

The lack of daily support from managers considering we don't have any frontline managers. Leadership is in no rush to make hires for this position.
