Pros

The team is all very close. Lunches are communal and the company pays for your lunch as long as you eat it at the office, which is nice. People tend to actually socialize in the office. The founders are all pretty nice and down to earth. No 24 year old developer running a company, which is nice. The product is good and lots of people use it. Huge customer base, which is especially nice for sales and marketing. Management treats people fairly and tries to keep the whole company in the loop on major decisions. Big focus on values. People seem to really care about them, which is nice. They're not just decorations here.

Cons

Growth isn't super fast, so not as many advancement opportunities as some other companies that are in hypergrowth. Management tries to keep everyone in the loop, but sometimes I don't feel fully informed. I was hoping to work on bigger deals, but there aren't as many as I expected. It's a great place to learn sales or advance your career, but not really the right place to learn enterprise sales.

Pros

- First of all, I've never worked with more humble, friendly, approachable founders in my entire life. The founders are here to run an incredibly successful business, but they're also here to make sure that members of the DocSend family feel accepted, excited, and included at work, and that shows. - My team is incredibly intelligent and creative, and together we think of ideas I never would've thought of on my own. At the same time, members of my team aren't afraid to admit when something is out of their wheelhouse. Those who thrive at DocSend work hard and embrace asking for help. We may work individually sometimes, but we accomplish as a team. - I have never worked in such a genuinely warm, upbeat, and positive environment. It's not all about being extroverted necessarily, either. Shy or outspoken, new or an OG, people at DocSend truly care about each other -- that shows as well. - At DocSend, the teams are lean, and I've gotten opportunities to learn and grow that I don't think I would've gotten elsewhere. Aside from a true investment in both mentorship and outside education opportunities, I have noticed that there's a real consideration of how people here want to professionally grow, and it's something managers care about and remember. - Every day I face a new challenge, but I never feel like I'm going it alone.

Cons

Honestly, I really can't think of any! DocSend has by far been the best experience I've encountered in my professional career. This company is a gem.
