Great management, owner and coworkers, care about employees

No cons to working here...unless you are a lazy person.

None. The equipment is older and they are struggling to do proper care (not permitted to buy parts for some dumb reason). They used to be good at working with your schedule and caring about if you were happy, but now its a free for all and you only take care of yourself.

Everything. The leadership was put in place not because of their skill and abilities but rather how well they kissed up to the correct people. Overly hostile working environment. If you dont make the management look good they will treat you like garbage and disrespect you both to your face and behind your back. Will not stick to their own schedules and expect you to be on duty / available 24/7 to fix their mistakes. Thinking style from the 1950 / 60's where you owe them for working there. If you have a family and work here dont expect to ever see them. You life belongs behind the wheel of a truck making the company money. And you need to enjoy being under paid for long hours. Low wages for what you do, what you carry.
