Pros
I love our mission, and how much people who use the product like it. The working environment is relaxed, and employees are well respected.
Cons
They could be more generous with giving out shares of stock. If you want me invested in my work then literally make me invested in the company. The company is growing, and is always developing new processes, and it has that feeling of things in flux. But as long as you are willing to roll with the punches and go with the flow, then its fine.
