Pros
Devoteam in Prague is still quite small but professional team with very friendly and open atmosphere (both colleagues & leadership). Another pro is that the org structure is not based on standard line management but rather based on mentorship and uncleship.
Cons
As other customer service companies the work content is highly dependent on customer contracts and deliveries.
