- I am gonna start with interview. They really look into your references and call and ask how’s your previous work - there’s a design test (CAD), an hour for you to finish all of them - Admin response promptly and when there are issues, they resolve right away - Company is Ready for WFH (work from home) set up - Organized in terms of they just don’t throw you out of the bus and hope to God that you know all their software and all HR stuff and all. They train you and show you how to use it. Even how the folders are set up, how the naming should be, etc. - User friendly specs! - Hands-on Founders! They actually talk to you and discuss their ideas on a project. For me the more involve they are, it means that they care for the project. They care who is on the project. It’s not just because of the profit. - client relationship is really good So i could really say. So far, so good.

It’s uncontrollable issue - Pandemic- so not working face to face with coworkers is definitely a con.
