Pros

- Really good colleagues who help and mentor as you learn new stuff. - Lot of freedom to take new initiatives. - A warm, homely and jovial place where fun factor is usually high. - Some really good ADMs and a DM. - Very good exposure to the inside sales processes of tier 1 IT companies. - Heavy and lump sum incentives. - If you hang around for more than 1-2 yrs, good chance to be promoted to an ADM.

Cons

- Colleagues who listen to Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber. (What do you look forward to while talking to them I wonder !!) - Lot of freedom due to a lack of career planning and growth plan formulation for the "resource". - High fun factor. Sadly, inversely proportional to IQ factor. - Some really bad ADMs and a DM. - Exposure limited only to Inside Sales. No follow ups. - Heavy & lump sum incentives. No recognition of quality. Emphasis only on number of meetings set not on closures and good opportunities unearthed. Oh and did I mention the crude and selfish money laundering admin who cuts your paychecks? - Hang around for 1-2 yrs to be an ADM. 1-2 yrs? Ha!! And ADM? Is like a team lead in a BPO asking to make more calls to the "team" for the peanuts they earn for it.
