Pros

1. Good office with facilities 2. Salary is bit on higher side as compared to other companies in NCR. 3. Free snacks and Friday lunch.

Cons

1. The management is too high headed. They can’t hear NO, so if you are coming from Yes Boss culture please join India office. 2. The politics is rampant in the Noida office. The managers play politics, don’t go by positive reviews. 3. There is no culture of work life balance, you are expected to overwork and even work late nights. If you don’t then start searching for jobs. 4. In India everything is governed from US, if you are in good terms with US team and management then you are like a star in India, no matter what. 5. Since I have been working in this company, I saw frequent layoffs both in US and India. Can you believe there is no CTO in the company right now, guess what it means? 6. The company has started cost cutting since past one year. They have taken loan to run the organisation. They say they are generating revenues then why loan is needed and why so much cost cutting in terms of lay-offs and cutting down other facilities. 7. If you say NO to something then everyday is a new day and your life will be on ROLLERCOASTER. 8. To be honest the product is not doing that great and all good work is in US, so you will get some peanuts to work on. 10. Hiring and firing has become the culture now. You can search on LinkedIn for the employees laid off from India and find out from them. Now all are scared, the ones which know kowtowing are not worried. 11. They have made fun of agile methodology, the agile is just for namesake. They mix it is kanban which is not much followed now in good companies.

Thanks for leaving the post. Perforce acquired Delphix in 2024. With any acquisition, there will always be some changes but we try to make sure the newly acquired employees are afforded an opportunity to provide us with feedback so we can adjust. It has been very impressive to see the Delphix team fit into Perforce so quickly and really add so much to our culture. It's the people that make this place special. Thanks again for the post. ~Jim Cassens, CEO of Peforce
